Deloitte announced a dedicated Google Cloud Agentic Transformation Practice on April 22, 2026, establishing an end-to-end service for deploying agentic AI at enterprise scale, according to a Deloitte press release. The practice combines Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise platform with Deloitte’s Ascend intelligent automation tools.
“Organizations are moving beyond AI pilots and into production, and how they make that shift will define their competitive edge,” stated Deloitte US CEO Jason Girzadas in the announcement.
1,000 Prebuilt Agents
The practice includes a library of over 1,000 prebuilt, industry-specific AI agents designed to accelerate adoption across business workflows, per ExecutiveBiz. Target sectors include retail, healthcare, financial services, and government. Deloitte is also leveraging Google Cloud’s Agent2Agent (A2A) protocol to extend these agents across third-party platforms.
Services span strategy, process redesign, implementation, governance, and adoption. Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian described the collaboration as “an accelerated path for customers to deploy agentic solutions at scale,” according to ExecutiveBiz.
Internal Scale
Deloitte is deploying Gemini Enterprise internally to more than 25,000 professionals, with plans to expand to 100,000 licenses, per the press release. The firm is investing in dedicated Gemini Experience Centers for hands-on collaboration with clients.
Google DeepMind will provide early access to frontier models, including the Gemini family, for forward-deployed engineering teams working on industry-specific use cases.
The Services-Led Playbook
Deloitte’s “2026 State of AI in the Enterprise” report shows AI tools are now available to the workforce of about 60% of surveyed organizations, signaling the shift from pilots to production, per the press release. The dedicated practice positions Deloitte as the first major consulting firm to formalize a full agentic AI service line around a single cloud provider’s agent stack.
This follows HCL Technologies’ announcement of a dedicated Gemini Enterprise Business Unit earlier this month, suggesting Google Cloud is building a services ecosystem around its agent platform faster than competitors.
